Specification

Timber

All hardwood is carefully selected and obtained from controlled stocks, meranti and sapele are generally used, however we can manufacture in any commercially available timber.

Frame joints

Frames and doors are jointed using traditional joinery skills to obtain maximum strength and stability. The joints are multi tenoned cramped and glued.

Sashes

All sashes are hung on either stainless steel friction, stormproof or butt hinges depending on style and design.

Locking mechanisms

Shoot and cam bolts available or traditional locking keeps and stays, rims and five lever dead locks as standard on all entrance doors, extra security measures are available on request.

Paint finishes

Full range of RAL colours available, all frames are dipped in a microporous stain and preservative, then fully factory finished with two coats of microporous paint.

Sealed units

All compliant with building regulation upgrades, top specifications available on request. GHI are a registered Planitherm network Installers.
